How To Order: 

       1. Select the number of letters

• If you are using the word "BABY", select " less than 4 letters"
  
• Otherwise, select the number of letters of the name or word you would like
  
• You will need to provide the complete name or word via a message upon checkout
  

• The other three balloons will be pink and blue for each box

      3. Click "Add to Cart"

      4. Go to your Cart by clicking on "Cart" located in the footer of the website or on the upper right hand corner of the page. 

      5. Below the items in your cart, you will see a section labeled as "Special instructions for seller" where you must provide the following information for your order:

• Name or word to be used for the boxes
• Silver, gold or both for large balloon
• Date and time of gender reveal party
• When is your preferred delivery date: note we will coordinate a specific date and time based on available delivery dates after order has been placed. Delivery will usually be within two days of event. 
• Special requests or additional customizations for additional charge: We will follow up with an email regarding any special requests. You can also email us. 

      6. Proceed to Checkout and make payment. 

      7. Once your order and payment is confirmed, we will follow up with you via email to confirm your order specifications and special requests, if any. We will also set a date and time for delivery. 

      8. That's it! :)

NOTE:

• All orders are made to order.We will require you to place your order at least three weeks before the day of the event so we have time to build the boxes. If you submitted a special request and/or additional customizations, we may require more time to build the boxes. We will let you know if this is the case. 

• Priority Processing And Delivery (for celebrations less than three weeks from order date) : if you need boxes in less than three weeks, we can process an expedite order for a fee. Click here to add priority processing and delivery to your cart. 

• Actual LED light layout may be different from what you see in pictures given each order is custom made. 

• If you have any questions about your order, add a message at checkout and we will respond as soon as possible. 

Delivery and Setup: once your order is placed, we will process and build your boxes according to your order selection and any special requests or customizations. We will send you a follow up email after your order confirming your selection, date of your gender reveal party, and let you know what dates we have available for delivery. Delivery will always be within two days of the event. 

Special Requests and Customizations: we want to make sure your gender reveal party is special and memorable for you and your family and friends. If you require additional customization based on your particular theme, we can certainly help for an extra fee.
