What to Expect With Your Order?

All custom products are made when ordered. The time to design your item varies depending on the product. As a note, all hooded blankets take longer to produce than phone cases. 

Production Time: 7-10 Days (Every Custom Designed Product is Custom Printed just for You and Quality Checked)

You will Receive Your Tracking # in 5-7 Days (AFTER production is completed)

Tracking # takes 3-5 days to fully update with information after we Send it to you.

How Much is Shipping?

Shipping is usually $4.99 to $20.95, which depends on your location and weight of the items to be shipped. Since we are based in the USA, shipping for US customers will typically be lower than International customers. On occasion we may offer free shipping for a limited time or on certain products.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We know, we know that in this "Amazon" day in age people expect things they've ordered to arrive on their doorsteps in 2 days. As we continue to grow as a company, we will offer this service to you. In the meantime, we ask that our lovely customers participate in being patient; you know it's one of the best ways to love your fabulous self. 😁That being said,  our ability to keep prices low is dependent upon less expensive shipping options, and since our highly demanded stock is based all over the world - it usually takes 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive. It's totally worth the wait, we guarantee it!!

Can I get express shipping?

Yes! In most cases you can pay an additional fee for express shipping. Please contact us at support@formeandmommy.com with any inquiries regarding faster shipping.

FOR ME AND MOMMY is partnered with merchants, designers, and manufacturers from all over Asia, North America, and Europe. 

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay with all major credit cards or paypal. We don't accept cash on delivery or other means.  

What if my product arrived damaged or broken?

Customer service is important to us and we do apologize for any defective products received due to transportation. For a defective product due to transport, we will resend a new product or refund you accordingly. Please take a picture of the product and send it to us at support@formeandmommy.com. In the subject line say 'DEFECTIVE PRODUCT'.

What is your return policy?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We want our customers to be happy and we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. 

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send the product back at your own expense.
